York Family Law charges flat fees for most services. Fees are calculated based upon the complexity of the matter. There is a flat fee of $60 for a 50-minute consultation with the Legal Technician. Administrative hearings and representation at Mediation are charged at an hourly rate. Costs related to a case are paid by the client. These may include filing fees, copies, and messenger services.
