What Do LLLT Services Cost?

York Family Law offers the following LLLT services. The standard rate is $175 hourly.  

  50-minute Consultation: $160 

  Divorce Without Children:  

  Divorce With Children: 

  Petitions for Child Support: 

  Child Support Modifications:  

  Motions for Contempt of Family Law Orders:  

  Motions for Temporary Orders: 

  Response to Motion for Temporary Orders with Children: $150

The above fees include legal advice, preparation of mandatory forms needed for action; and procedural assistance, such as filing and arranging process of service of documents. Please note that court fees and costs are not included. LLLT does not make court appearances and cannot speak for you in court.



The following additional service fees will be set on a case-by-case basis:

  Discovery - Answer or Propound interrogatories and request for production of documents

  Motions - Contempt of Parenting Plan or Child Support Order; Change of Venue; Child Support Modification

  Trial Preparation - Prepare Trial Brief, Exhibits, Property Spreadsheet, Trial Notebook and/or Proposed Orders

  Mediation Preparation - Prepare Mediation Statement, Exhibits, Property Spreadsheet, Proposed Orders, and/or Proposed                  Settlement Agreement

  Domestic Violence Protection Orders




In the event that your matter becomes contentious, or multiple significant modifications are requested or required, the right to amend your fee agreement to convert to an hourly rate of $175 is reserved. Any matter that eventually moves out of the scope of licensure will be referred to an attorney of the client's request.
